motivo golf return policy

i've bought a few mats from motivo golf now, usually the shock absorbing ones for my home setup. this time i was checking out the commercial golf mats for the club, and i had a question about their return policy. it wasn't super clear on the product page like it is with some other sites. i ended up having to dig through the FAQs, which is a bit of a nuisance when you're trying to compare a few different options like Fiberbuilt or Real Feel. their free shipping is always great though, and i've never had an issue with the quality of the mats themselves.

Solid mat, minor shipping issue

I purchased a Residential Golf Mat for my backyard practice area. The mat itself is very well made and provides good strike feedback, much better than my old cheap one. It feels durable and I expect it to last a long time. However, the delivery took a bit longer than the estimated time, about two extra days, which was a little annoying as I was eager to set it up. Also, the packaging was slightly damaged on one corner, though thankfully the mat inside was fine. Overall, a good product and I'm satisfied with the quality for the price, but there's a little room for improvement on the shipping process.

Reliable mats, good service

This was my third purchase from Motivo Golf, this time I bought a Chipping Mat to add to my setup. Like my previous orders for the Strike-Mat and a small putting mat, everything was delivered on time and the product quality is consistently good. They really hold up to a lot of use. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect and they always deliver. The mat itself is great for short game practice, exactly what I needed to round out my home practice area.

Worth the investment for practice

I was looking for a decent hitting mat that wouldn't break the bank, but also wasn't going to fall apart after a few swings. I ended up getting the Pro Practice Mat during one of their seasonal sales, and it really felt like a good deal. I saved a bit with the discount they had going on, which was a big factor in me choosing them over some other brands I looked at. The mat itself is heavy duty and feels sturdy when I'm hitting off it. It's definitely helped my practice sessions, and I think it's a solid value for what I paid. Shipping was free too, which always helps with the total cost.

Good mat, quick delivery

I got the Strike-Mat golf hitting mat a bit ago and it's been pretty solid. I've used it a bunch in my backyard and it holds up well. Shipping was faster than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. No complaints here, just good practice.

Strike-Mat is great

Ordered a Strike-Mat golf hitting mat. Arrived quickly. Mat quality is good, feels durable. Made a difference in my home practice. Worth it.

Good hitting mat

Got a Pro Practice Mat. Works well. Good quality. Arrived quickly. Happy with the purchase.

Great mat, excellent feedback

I ordered the Strike-Mat and it is fantastic! The feedback I get on my strikes is incredibly helpful for improving my swing. Shipping was fast too, arrived in just a few days. I'm already thinking about getting a putting mat next. Will definitely shop here again!

Got a new simulator mat

So I finally pulled the trigger and got one of their Golf Simulator Mats. It's pretty solid, way better than hitting off my old piece of turf. My club just glides through it, feels pretty real, you know? It came in a big box, but wasn't too hard to set up. Delivery was about what they said, maybe a day earlier. All in all, I'm happy with it for my garage setup.
